1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Sky-Eye's CCTV tower hire, Mini unit hire, and 24/7 monitoring services. The information is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a contractual offer. Service contracts are issued separately and signed in writing.

3. Service Availability
Sky-Eye services are offered subject to availability, site assessment, and a signed service agreement. Quoted prices, deployment timelines, and coverage statements on the Site are indicative only.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Irish law, Sky-Eye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
