Sky-Eye Remote Security ("Sky-Eye", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to sky-eye.ie and customers of our CCTV tower hire and remote monitoring services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, phone, company, site location, and the message you submit.
- Site security footage: video and image data captured by Sky-Eye towers and Mini units deployed at customer sites, under the lawful basis of the customer's own data controller agreement.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, and basic analytics from cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your sales enquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To monitor and protect the sites our customers contract us to secure.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and PSA (Private Security Authority) obligations.
4. How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Site security footage is retained for the duration agreed with the contracting customer (typically 30 days) and then permanently deleted.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email info@sky-eye.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
6. Third parties
Form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms for delivery to our team. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Where we use sub-processors (e.g. hosting, monitoring), they are contractually bound to GDPR-equivalent standards.

This policy may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
